Poor service delivery

I went to enegen garage kaalfontein yesterday and poured R110 petrol and my car was at a 3 bar and petrol km were 137, i went back again in the even and poured R100 but to my surprise my petrol bars did not move as if i did not pour more petrol, i went back to complain that i poured petrol but its not showing, they told him that it might take time i should wait i waited and nothing, i went back today they told me that there is nothing they can help me with they also don't know what happened to my petrol, need i remind you those People have a problem with their petrol pumps and they are currently fixing them.
