Poor service at Engen Lotus garage

Very disappointed at the service from Engen filling station aka Lotus Motors in Umhlatuzana Township on 21 July at around 11:30 am

I was in line to fill my tank but the forecourt staff decide to push other vehicles in and attend to them first even though i was waiting a longer time. It appears that you have to drive a fancy car to receive good service here.
