Poor Service and Disrespectful treatment

This morning my local fueling station (BP) didnt have 95 leaded petrol, and only had 93 leaded so I decided to drive to my next location on my way to work which was the Engen garage at Grey Avenue, Alberton. Upon arrival I request the attendent (Meshack) to pour me 95 leaded petrol, he asked again and i stated 95 leaded, in the car I was with my brother when I made the request - seconds after making my request, I check if the attendent was doing as he was requested. I then realise that he is pouring 93 leaded petrol into my car, so stop him immediately and I asked him why is he pouring 93 instead of 95 - he states that he thought he heard 93, so I questioned him and ask why didnt he come back to me for the 3rd time to verify what I wanted as the customer - he said "I thought you said 93, I'm sorry". I went into the convenient store to request for the manager, the lady cashier sent me to other attendants outside and not the site manager, only at my second attempt she pointed us to the manager (Glen) whom wasn't interested to listen to my brother and I situation with the attention it deserves, he walked out the office heading to pumps and told one of this attendents (Michael) to sort us out by bumping the fuel out the car then waled back into his the store. I stood back to see what this attendent he instructed would do, when he realised what car I was driving he then tried to reason with me by telling me to let it go and to forgive the attendent whom did the wrongful actions.

At this point I F*$king lost it because as a customer the manager was not concerned about my situation and the attendents were trying to convince me of s**t. I am a customer and if i f*&king wanted 93 leaded petrol wouldn't have travel from Spruitview to Alberton to buy what was able there too. The manager has no respect for people, or probably black people - but he must never treat people like s*@t regardless whom they are or what skin colour they are, and most importantly if a customer has complains about there property you dont just disregard them and tell them its not there case - it my car and if i wanted 93 i would have asked for it, so dont tell me it will be fine!!! Glen you are rude, and I hope someday you get a customer to put you in your place because being an owner or manager of a fuel station doesnt mean you can treat people like ****!
