Poor service about the same guy(Alpheus)at the same petrol station ⛽ e same

On the 29/01/24 I complaint about the terrible service by the above mentioned petrol attendant Alpheus,the following day I received a call from customer service and a branch which I appreciate.

From the branch I was called by a lady who agreed with me after watching the CCTV footage that the service was indeed terrible and dangerous for me as I nearly crashed with another blue car. She then insured me that she was going to make sure that she does discipline the guy accordingly as they aim for good customer service,it all sounded promising.

Today I get to the garage as I always do I see the same guy giving me a terrible look more like (there is nothing you can do).The guy doesn't look like someone who went for disciplinary hearing or who was warned about a poor service of some sort. It made me think that the lady who called me is somehow related to that guy or is afraid of the guy or something.Please intervene and have a look at management and how they do things at that particular petrol station.Remember this guy was doing the same thing for the second time and now he still looks like he can do it again and again.

It looks like he owns that station ⛽, I need you make sure he is disciplined and if you don't want to dismiss him for repeatedly mistreating your customers, I need you to instruct Alpheus to apologize directly to me when I go to the station ⛽ or else I will know for sure that you don't take your customer service as serious as you say.I will be looking forward to hearing from you.
