Poor service

I just bought a cheese griller pie at the Engen Paarl Village and the pastry is sweet. I called the store and I was told to come back tomorrow because the manager is not there. Their customer service is below average and they do not care about the customer’s wellbeing and money wasted. If i had a "posch”because if it was a white person complaining, they would have escalated the issue further and the matter would have been resolved within minutes. A simple apology would have made a huge difference but I got a different outcome instead. Paarl always has a selective service “shakes head”....
