Poor Service

I send my driver to Engen Ferndale to fuel one of my vehicles. The service station attended made the mistake to put petrol into my BMW X3 3.0 DIESEL. When i confronted the management of the service station i was told that is my problem. I am now sitting with a engine to replace. I also escalated the matter to Engen head office, but with no success. I have never dealt with such rude and Unprofessional people in my entire life, as i am also the Dealer Principal of a vehicle retail business. In short from now on will not even buy a box of matches at any Engen service station. I urge people to be aware of these peoples business conduct en ethics.
