poor service

i am really disgusted with the service i always get at the nortgate Engen filling station just next to olivenhout street at night. These guys look at you as if you are nagging them. Several times i have hooted and got no one to help and drove off to another filling station. On the 19th of July, i drove to pick up my son from Nortgate mall, so i thought it was an advantage to top up my car with petrol.It was around eleven at night.There was no one to help me , so i hooted and saw one guy in the kiosk who just looked at me and continued with what he was doing on his cell phone. After hooting for several times ,another guy came out and seemed sleepy, i explained to him my problem and he just ignored me. I do not think there is any supervision or the owner does not care what happens at night.
