Poor service

Its been several times when i pass by Engen garage at Northgate situated next to Northumberland avenue to fill up my tank at night from work that i notice the lack of supervision on the staff. I have driven off many times without getting any assistance when there are actually no cars .Sometimes i would hoot and nobody would appear. When i drive off, the attendants would just look at me as if i had done something wrong and at that time they would be sitting in the kiosk. They forget that there are so many petrol stations around. I will never drive to that station again. Very poor service.
