Poor service

I am very disappointed in the level of service I got from Engen chiawelo. I spent my husband on the 25/09/21 to fill petrol for me and check my tyre pressure,oil and water. That was all check indeed but the lady that was assisting my husband filled my tyres 350 pressure even though they check on the door and my tyre pressure is 240. I don’t understand whether the staff the is trained or what?? Something could’ve happened to me while driving the car and I’m sure It’s not me only!! Drove the car for 3weeks with the wrong pressure on tyres!! I went to Engen strubensvalley and they the ones that notice and made sure the pressure of my tyres it’s correct.. this was on the 16/10/21. I am so disappointed and won’t be coming to that station anymore!!

I will be taking legal action against all this as it is very unfair that we as customers must be treated that way,or maybe is it because it is in the locations that’s why the service there is poor??? How many more customers this is happening to??
