I would like to express my disappointment with the service I received from the cashier at Engen. The cashier's attitude and manner of handling customers were unprofessional and unacceptable. As a customer, I believe I deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy.

I hope management will look into this matter and take the necessary steps to improve customer service. Customers should always feel welcome and respected when visiting cosmo engine and I will never use this garage ever if the service doesn't improve will make sure I take my money where I appreciated . the name of the cashier is Jesica
