Poor management and ********

I went to Engen garage in Lombardy east to put petrol before it went up the second day.The attendant helped me but my petrol Gage didn't go up I thought maybe it was yet to reflect that I did put petrol but it never did.i went the next day and the manager said my car had a problem,he wasn't helpful only to teach me about my car. I was very disappointed because they was nothing done to solve the issue or try find out what happened.
