Poor customer service at simunye service station
Today at 16:36 I went to Engen Embalenhle simunye service station to buy a R50 Ott voucher,however Hlaly sold me a hollywoodbets because she was focusing on other things.before I left the store told her that she sold me an incorrect voucher and she said there's nothing she can do about that,she didn't want to take accountability of the mistake she made instead she was forcing me to admit that i cornfirmed that i wanted a hollywoodbets voucher. What am I supposed to do with this voucher?
