Poor Customer Service and Rude stuff

I am highly disappointed with Engen garage at Alexandra/Marlboro at Florence Mophosho near 4th Avenue. The enge garage called Cozzy Corner, went there around 18:25 and no petrol attended came to me waiting for 10 minutes while Nyiko Chauke and his colleague who is a female no name tag wearing a purple gown at work were chatting not attending to me. Decided to wait a bit thinking they would come but when another red Corsa van decided to pull up they attended to it very fast when I went out to ask the guy why didn't he attend to me as I have been waiting for 10 minutes the guy was rude and the lady said they had better things to do and the lady keep on talking in a language we didn't understand to even telling us that they all managers when we wanted to complain and told us that this matter wouldn't be attended to and wanted to even fight us. I am extremely disappointed with the service I got and this is honestly the last time I will visit an Engen garage. You can look up the CCTV to see all that transpired.
