Poor customer service and ****** owners Volksrust Midas

Yesterday, I faced a frustrating ordeal when my trusted filling station, where I've been a loyal customer for the past 10 years, clamped my car unexpectedly. Despite reaching out to Engen customer care, the resolution process took an entire day, with poor communication. When I approached the Volksrust Engen garage, the manager refused to unclamp my car, leading me to find alternative ways to free my vehicle. Now, false charges are being pressed against me, and Engen seems to support the opposing party, despite my long-standing relationship and substantial spending. It's disheartening to leave a station I once trusted due to this experience, and I express disappointment in the Engen Volksrust owners and their customer care.
