Poor Customer Care

<p>On Saturday at around 23h00, after watching a movie at The Pavilion, I stopped to fill up and check my tyre pressure at the Engen garage nearby. The petrol attendant that attended to me did not greet me and had a dont care attitude. So I asked him to fill up and when I had asked him to check my tyre pressure his attitude worsened and it took him extremely long to do something as simple. I sensed this guy was being a bit cheeky. Anycase I left the garage and I could feel a difference in my car. I stopped at the nearest garage only to find out that both tyres on the drivers side had 4 bars pressure and both tyres on the passengers side had 3 bars pressure. Something as such could have proved fatal on the road as the weather was bad and there was heavy rains. It is sad to say that 1/10 petrol attendants are friendly and customer orientated, the rest have a dont care attitude. Its pointless bragging about Engen when little things are not taken care off. </p>
