Poor and abusive service from Engen security guard and staff

Went back to the same garage on Monday 3rd of Jan to buy pie.. the security guard told the stuff members that were already serving me to stop serving me as I’ve been burned from getting any service from the garage. I had to drive as far as Sontonga road Engen just to buy Pie . As a resident of Skycity and a loyal Engen customer It’s really disappointing to be getting such treatment. Can this matter be dealt with please .
