Petrol **** at ENGEN Kroonvaal

Today 15 June 2020 @18:18 I poured a full talk at kroonvaal Engen on N1 and got assisted by Ramokopu. See attached receipt as evidence. MY REGISTRATION NUMBER IS FRH018FS.

After pouring I parked for a abt 20minutes and by the time I was about to go I realised the petrol gauge is not FULL-see attached pic of petrol gauge after full tank was filled . I then spoke Andrew who called the manager on speed dial however was not able to speak to me.

I would like to mention the amount of petrol poured 29.lites is not equivalent to where the gauge should be.... (see attached receipt)

I therefore want an explanation for what happened as they could not show me the video at the time of complaint. To indeed prove the amount of petrol poured. So in summary iv been ****** by the garage petrol attendedRamokopu as he poured little petrol that what is reflected on the receipt.

I hereby request a detailed explanation on this with proof of video footage and an audit trail of pump 3 at 18:18
