Petrol onto my Diesel Jeep

Long story short ... attendant put petrol into my jeep on 11th April . I got them to sign an admission of guilt and then the fun started. Vendor came out to drain the tank onsite and 3 days later the jeep didn't run anymore. I then had to send it to a jeep agent and the cost to repair was R56 k odd. This is when the owner started to duck and dive asking form reports etc. I eventually got him to send it to his insurance weeks later. Literally called the Engen HO and laid a complaint and chassed that daily. Even escalated to Dean Ford as National Sales Man. The insurance paid out round the week of the 8th June and then the owner was ducking the excess - no surprises here. The owner did hire me a car using my details and when I picked it up was asked to provide my credit details. Needless to say I took it back 3 days later.. I doubt he would of settled a 3 month car rental bill ...<br> I have been inconvienienced and had peronal loss by having to make lift arrangements and there is zero compensation or even admission of guilt on Engen's side
