Petrol into my Ranger bakkit

Got to the garage the petrol attendant (Dinah) gives me a specials catalogue and I requested for her to pour me petrol I'm okay with specials she confirmed if its petrol or diesel then I said DIESEL full tank , my petrol cap it's written then goes and pours petrol then comes back to say she made a mistake by pouring petrol already on 10 litres and said she'll go and explain to the manager it took her a good 30min then the manager (Tinny Lesetja) came to say they'll request someone to come and drain it the next thing a combi is parking next to me a guy knocks on my window to say he was sent to drain my car I must open the bonnet. Told him I'm busy calling my insurance for assistance incase there's a damage that will show up in the future and there's n standing agreement between the garage and I so is rather be assisted by my insurance as I was waiting for my insurance company to send a tow truck the manager Tinny comes to my window to say the petrol attendant said I requested for petrol I lost my cool requested for her to go read what's written on my petrol cap. Then she went to write a statement and gave me a piece of paper with the store number and her name this incident happened Thursday evening on Friday I called to speak to her she wasn't in the store I left a message requesting for her to call me back today it's Saturday she hasn't called I haven't received any courtesy call from them or anything what irritates me the so called should know that the first thing you should do is to apologise but nothing from her or the garage owner so that we can agree on how they going to cover the expenses.
