petrol in my diesel car cost me a fortune

I stopped my VW Polo tdi at Engen Wilgers on the 30.01.2015 at around 20:30 for fuel.<br> <br> <br> <br> The short story is basically that they poured 93 octane petrol into my diesel vehicle. I have statements etc of the persons involved admitting to their guilt. This case has been given to the insurance company of the garage , and since January i have been waiting. I did make it clear to every person involved that i use my car to work and i dont have time to wait.<br> <br> As i have been waiting since January for this problems to be sorted, I tried to get my car in running order. I have spend R16000 in the last 5 months on my car to get it running and apparently I will not be rein-burst. Eventually last month the insurance contacted me , got a quotation from Bosh in pta north , and still waiting on payment. The release have been signed 2 weeks ago and engen wilgers is not making acess payment so my car can be released. I get a ****y and unprofessional attitude from the staff of this garage , and they are treating me ill , as a result of their mistake.
