petrol attends do will not help with pumping tyres

I was driving with my 2 year old and noticed my tyre was flat. I went to the nearest garage which was Engen garage next to Ford Motor company. A petrol attendant came to me thinking I was filling gas and I informed h that my tyre was flat and he said that I must do it myself. I was left stranded and had to risk to drive to another garage,I will never use Engen to fill petrol after my experience on Sunday the 31 January at 11am.
