Petrol attendants not pouring petrol at Engen Toekomsrus

I went to pour petrol yesterday at The Toekomsrus Engen garage around 6:47 and the petrol didn't reflect on the petrol gauge at all. In less than 5km the petrol warning light went on as if there wasn't any petrol poured. I poured the same amount at the Shell garage in Motlakeng and it immediately reflected. I went back to the garage today to lay a complaint and found two other people complaining about the same thing. Please attend to this matter urgently or kindly indicate the next step that I should take.
