Petrol attendant was rude

On 23 August 2015 I went to fill up at Engen Waterfall Midrand, I asked the petrol attendant to pump my tyres and wash my windscreen.He told me the air pump was not working so I asked him are all the air pumps not working, He became very irritated and said if I want to pump tyres I must move to another pump, so I asked him why didn't he tell me that before and he cant just tell me the pump is not working when there are other air pumps that are working at the station.after pumping my tyres I asked him again to wash my windscreen and he refused saying he will not do it because I am giving him attitude and he can see that I am trying to ruin his night, I had to ask another petrol attendant to assist me as he was just shouting saying I am probably drunk and I am just trying to irritate him.I have been using this filling station for years and I have never experienced such rudeness in my entire life. I tried to get in contact with the manager on the morning of 24 August 2015 but the Station's phone is just ringing with no answer
