Petrol attendant stole fuel

I stopped by the garage on Tuesday the 15/12/2015 around 16:40. I drive a 2009 toyota corolla 1.4 professional, I had just below a quarter tank of fuel when i stopped there, having driven the same car for 5 years I know how much fuel it takes. When empty the most my car will take 50 liters of fuel, so I estimated about R400 would take it to full. One attendant was putting fuel in while another was checking my tyres, the one checking my tyres draws my attention from the pump and I thought nothing of it. Once they are done, they bring the card machine & I swipe my card, only after this I switch my car on to find I have just above half a tank of fuel. They claim to have put 32.26 liters of fuel in, but with a 50 liter tank that wasn't empty this is IMPOSSIBLE. I called the owner Mobeen and told him what happened, he said he would look into it. I explained I wanted to see the CCtv footage, and he just avoids me now. I went as far as to contact several mechanics as well as toyota dealerships all of whom have told me it is impossible to have half a tank of fuel with 32 liters, when it wasn't empty to begin with! This station is pathetic! I am doing this now, due to the owner avoiding me.
