Petrol *****

My day has been completely ruined and I am livid with the service I got from the Engen filling station in Diepkloof Zone 5. It's not the first time I'm being ****med at a filling station where in today's case, where I arrived at the filling station with a range of 80km of fuel left in the vehicle. I requested R200 95unleaded. I'm not certain what the guy did but no fuel went into my vehicle, not a single drop. The supposed manager who was handling my complaint attended to me with a very defensive attitude where he didn't even bother to introduce himself until I asked for his name. This filling station has issues with its pumps where on many occasions I've been moved from pump to pump because the pump is either not tagging or dispensing fuel. I was sent away from the station with no fuel and no refund and told to return in the evening if my gage doesn't move, which it hasn't. It's unfortunate that I'm well aware of these ****s where the attendants pretend to be tagging to fill up but don't do so, especially when they ask if you will be paying by cash or card and the begging of the transaction. Which is what I was asked at this station and I paid in cash and even tipped the guy.
