Paying for fuel that was messed!

My partner was filling up his car while I went into the shop to buy drinks. I walked out and noticed fuel leaking out from the petrol tank while the petrol jockey (Blessing) was looking at the machine. To which I pointed out what was going on and he looked down at the petrol tank to see. I requested to see the manager who was not there. Waited for 5min requesting for some sort of solution from Blessing. <br> <br> This is unacceptable. We have to pay heaven know how much more for fuel that is now wasted on the floor and side of the car. No resolution was given.
