Paying customers cannot used the restroom

Last night my family and I stopped at the Engen Garage in Naledi, the one that's next to the police station. We went inside the 1 stop shop to get some wings. When I asked the security guard for the key to use the restroom, he sent me to the ladies at the food station, when I asked one of the ladies, she said she doesn't have the key. I went back to the security guard and he said he doesn't know where they put it. I then went to the cashiers, they also said they don't have the key. I went back to the lady at the food station and she said the same thing, I asked the other one and she also said the same thing. One of the customers who was in line with us ended up asking a different security guard and he didn't know where the key is. I then vented and asked why they are treating paying customers like trash? They are quick to run to a customer to tell them to leave their alcohol outside but not assist us when we need to use their restrooms. Another customer left the food queue and went down the road to a stranger's house to use their outside toilet and then came back and joined the queue from scratch. Only when I asked the ladies at the food station what they do when they are pressed they said they use the men's. So now female customers are supposed to use the same toilets as the men... That is not safe especially with everything that's been happening. They had no care whatsoever.
