pathetic service of the last degree

i visited the service station at 09.45pm ,i got approached by a petrol attendent by the name of TOM , I asked to put petrol for ,FIRST I SAID R30.00 then i realised that i had R25.00 .i informed him while he was on the pump putting petrol that he must put R25.00 ,only to found out he had 35.00 which i didnt have,so i tried to explain to him that he did not listen what i had said but he started yelling at me accusing me that i had said 35.00 rand.i switched off my car to explain to him my situation but he instead put his hands inside my car and snatched the car keys i got angry and jumped out of my car to get keys , a guy by the name Akhona came and joined his friend in insulting and yelling that i must pay otherwise i am not going anywhere as if i wanted to run away,he then gave my keys back and they called a security guard from a company called red guard he didn't give me a chance to explain myself he was very rude and harassed me because iam a foreigner,i even demanded to go to police at least they would have listened to my side of my story that Tom had overthrown petrol not on my instruction.iam very disappointed with the way this garage treats customers.they embarrassed me a l
