Pathetic service for the second time about the same guy at the same garage. Alpheus.

4 months ago I had a complaint about the same petrol attendant(Alpheus) at the same Zambezi Convenience garage.

Tonight at 19:44 on the 29/01/24 I went to pour petrol there like I always do, he came poured, I gave him the clicks card,he thought I was paying with a bank card when I told him cash, he banged my door with a speed point intentionally then he said sorry only when I told him he was damaging my car.

I then asked him to give me a receipt,he first went to the petrol attendant on the next pump ,waisted time then went to the cashier and still didn't bring the receipt untill I whooted at him,he then came with an attitude and said he didn't hear me.

Please refer to your CCTV cameras to see the attitude of that guy towards a regular customer.You will see I nearly crashed another blue car because of him.For the previous complaint you can refer to Zambezi Convenience reviews and the same email.

Clearly the discipline you gave him last time didn't work ,it seems like he is doing this intentionally because he recognises me from the previous complaint and then he sees an opportunity to settle his beef.

Please set an example with this guy there is a lot of guys that are seriously looking for a job because it seems as if he doesn't need it.
