Pathetic service

Hi. I'm writing to share my terrible experience at Engine Heritage Convenience Center located in Old Main Road R103 Hillcrest.

At about 10h45 I was at the above mentioned Engine to aquire a car wash service. I got such a poor service from Saun (car wash manager) who came to solve a conflict that was caused by his friend Driving a White Toyota Fortuner.

Saun had his vehicle in the que to hold a gap for his friend in a White Fortuner which caused a big issue when Saun's vehicle had to be removed from the line so he could slot in his friend's vehicle.

When Saun came to us he used vulgar language saying we're ****ing him around and blatantly taking his friend's side. He also threatened the staff saying that he pays their salary, they must do as he says.

I found his conduct to be very unprofessional towards paying customers.
