Pathetic service at your Engen Chiawelo

My girlfriend and I went to your service station that is based in Chiawelo to pour petrol valued at R200. In these tough times where petrol is really expensive. My girlfriend then proceeded to pay wig her debit card and the attendant advised that the transaction declined but subsequently reflected that it had debited from her account. As we were in a hurry, she paid by cash and kept the transaction slip that showed that the transaction went through. It is Wednesday today, with several trips tto your service station but not getting any resolution to this. The most irritating part is that we will not be reimbursed for the petrol that was used to make countless and fruitless trips to get this money refunded. The apparent manager Lungisani/Elidio is also clueless and not giving proper answers or resolutions. Is this the kind of service that is to be expected at all your service stations????
