Pathetic service at engen pav westville.

Hi, pathetic service everytime i purchase items from engen garage westville pav. The prices advertised mostly every is incorrect. 500ml bonaqua water was purchased price R14.50 scanned at the till point , I decided to return it the cashier refused to do the return she said the manager the guy will come she made no attempt to even call him..i asked who's the manager bcos they were making me a stupid n ignoring I spoke loudly, the manager refused to help apparently bcos I wasn't talking nicely to her...the other cashiers also refused the cashier's were shouting and fighting including the manager almost over 20mins they went on n on and no assistance. Everytime their prices does not scan correctly, cashier's and manager refuse to assist, rude pathetic and unfriendly service.. manager disgusted me, she should not be a manager instead of sorting the return she fights n screams.. bonaqua flavored water is definitely not R14.50 it was shown R6 where the still water was kept and this water was also kept there.. First time I came across a manager so rude and staff covering up and refusing to assist a consumer and lying to them regarding who is the manager.also refusing to do a return..I waited almost over 20mins and one of the petrol guys came in n told the cashier to return it and give me the cash. If that was first done it would never of been a dispute or issue..
