Pathetic service

We stopped at the Tugela One Stop Engen and want to fill up. The were only one attendant filling up and cleaning windscreens. Nobody helped us. When he was finished with the one vehicle we were next in line to be helped. One vehice came in and was hooting for service and he was helped first. There were also other vehicles that came just after us that waited for service. This is just pathetic. We did not fill up and drove away hoping there will be another One Stop on our way where we could fill up.
