Pathetic Service

i recently visited your Tieberg Engen garage.....i wanted to use my ebucks card to throw in petrol. The woman at the till was not very helpful. i asked her to check how much ebucks points i have as i wanted to throw in petrol.She told me her machine does not work. Driving all the way there and to get this service was really pathetic
