Pathetic and TRAUMATISING Experience at Engen, Kenilworth

I was at ENgen Kenilworth Last week and i am a weekly customer there as they can check their records, i was in their conveince store to buy ciggerattes whilst my tank was being filled. There was a guy by the name of Theo who seemed to be very arrogant and rude, not my first time seeing that type of behaviour from him. I was chased out by the man from the store and i will never ever go back again to see the mans digusting face. If no serious action is taken against him then i will continue to spread the news and tarnish the reputation of the site. let me know of your feedback
