pathetic and day light *******

I took my vehicle to car wash Mount Edgecombe, Old Mill car wash, 48/50 Marshal drive, MT Edgecombe, paid in full R90 for full house (washing outside and cleaning inside) and left the key, 13:19, I indicated to them and manager on site that will come back late around 17:00 to collect the vehicle. I went back 17:10 my car was not washed and cleaned inside, same as I brought it. The manager on site claimed that he was not in day shift and very rude manager and ******, ridiculous style of management instead of solving the problem and his shutting to his staff. Pathetic service I ever seen. I asked that because they did not do the job, please they must refund me, but the manager refused and demanded me to wait, they will sort the car out or I must bring it back any day. Really I must drive back again!!!!! The manager cannot even apologies and ask in good manager. The other customer that was next to us got also very upset to see or hear the manager reaction. I felt very undermined, ****** and bul**** by business that failed to provide the service that been paid for and cannot resolved the problem but instead being rude. The manager ends up running away and locked himself in the office.

questions 1. is this how you do your service, take money from customers and not render service? 2. I don't want to believe this was a racial issue but all Indian that came after me their cars were washed and cleaned but only my car. I believe it not because I am black. but would be the same thing had happened if it was white or Indian especial the disrespect and rudeness the manager on site? 3. this is a day light *******, paid in full and came 13:19 but no service provided and refused to refund. Why?
