Paid for fuel that wasn't pumped

13.10.2021 and 10.11.2021 Engen in Rynfield road they charged me for fuel that was never pumped. They pump äir"there pumps meters turn, cashiers and management assures you fuel went in, but it doesnt,. Your fuel guage doesnt move, only at Engen.

You log this on google, they tell you to send receipts etc through to ***> via email (where they can respond to), again, all hot air and no replies, just like the pumps,
