Over filling the vehicle

I went to put fuel in my vehicle and the attendant over filled my vehicle so that the fuel came pouring out. Fuel is so expensive and then they wast it as if it is nothing. I had to get out of the car and clean the fuel off my car so that it doesn't damage the paint.And then I must still pay for the fuel that he wasted!!
