Over filling of fuel tank

Good Morning i have had an incident at the Nu South Engen filling station, i drive a 2017 Ford Tourneo Custom with an 80L tank, i had 92Km to go with my average consumption of 8.8L/100Km and i had done 791Km some how they managed to put in 80.04L when questioned they told me it is because fuel price went up, i told them price has nothing to do with quantity, i then spoke to the management and they told me their pumps are still in calibration which they produced. the calibration was done in Nov 2016 and expires in May 2018 my concern here is that they are a very busy service station and in this time the pump could become worn out, the manager did say i am not the first to complain. i have filled this vehicle approximately 33 time in the ±25300Km and always check my average which is normally within 0.2L of the cars readout. so from the above can you understand my concern / frustration

Reviewer Update
Sadly a month down the line and still no response, this proves to me that Engen does not care about customer service and for sure not about the man in the street, i know my ±R70K a year spend a year on fuel is a drop in the ocean but understand its my hard earned cash that i will now most certainly try and not spend at any Engen service station if at all possible this was 1st raised directly with this unless company on the 02.11.2017 (ref # ********** ) and we are now 3 months down the line and still waiting, when loaded on this site a new ref# ********** was given. I hope other people with similar incidents read this and start to boycott Engen service stations as they clearly do not give a hoot about their customers
