Outstanding Service Recognition – Saturday, 16 May 2026

I would like to formally recognise and commend all Engen Fuel Station (Next To Key West Mall in Krugersdorp) staff who were on duty on the morning of Saturday, 16 May 2026. The level of service I received was truly sterling—exceptional and beyond expectations. The team demonstrated remarkable professionalism and genuine care. They went out of their way to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and identified a serious issue with one of my tyres that I had not noticed. Their swift action and efficiency in addressing the problem—replacing the tyre promptly—potentially prevented a dangerous situation, as I had been planning to embark on a long journey shortly thereafter.

What stood out most was their diligence and willingness to go the extra mile. Their thoroughness, combined with a considerate and customer-focused approach, is a testament to the high standards of service they uphold.

I am deeply grateful for their intervention, which I believe may have safeguarded my life. Please extend my sincere appreciation and recognition to the entire team for their outstanding work.
