Outstanding honesty at Engen Garage, Parktown Johannesburg

<p> </p> <p>Good day Hello Peter,</p> <p> </p> <p>Please allow me your space to report an outstanding act of honesty, I lost my cellphone at the garage last night at the garage. After driving away, I realised that my cellphone was missing, called my number and was pleasantly surprised to hear that one of the petrol attendant found my cellphone, kept it and returned it back without soliciting any monetary returns.</p> <p> </p> <p>I came back to the garage, found that the petrol attendant named BANTU had found my phone and was willing to return it back.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is very outstanding most especially with the prevalent percepetion that people in Johannesburg are dishonent. Mr. Bantu could have switched-of the cellphone, hidden it or sold it to the black market justifiably so because he didnt commit any crime or rob anyone. Instead, he decided to be honest and returned back a very expensive cellphone.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please convey my sincere token of appreciation to Mr. Bantu, I'm highly grateful for his honesty and kind gesture.</p> <p> </p> <p>Warm regards,</p> <p> </p> <p>Senzo</p>
