Old pies gives food poisoning

This is my third post. <br> On Monday, 12 January, we bought three pies from Lyttelton Engen garage in Cantonments road. Two Chicken and mushroom and one steak & kidney. The one chicken and mushroom was inedible. (I took a photo). My dad ate the other one. The next morning he woke up at four with food poisoning. Three days later and he is still sick. He lost three days from work which amounts to around R900 so far. The owner does not even respond. We have had previous incidents at this garage regarding customer service etc as well which hardly ever get resolved. I emailed the owner and also contacted him via cell. NO REACTION AT ALL.<br> <br> So far I also have not had response from head office<br>
