oil cap not put back

I went to Engen N2 North from Richards Bay to Durban on the 25th of May 2015 to top up oil on car. Drove off, today(2015-06-05) my oil light comes on, I pull over only to realise that the cap was never put back on. now this is 2 weeks of a damages to my engine. Someone must pay for cleaning my Engine before it gets worse and end up blowing. You can not have such negligance espeacially where cars are involved and peoplpes live. i mean what if something happened on my way to Port Shepstone(HOME)? WHAT THEN?????
