No Toilets for The clients

Yesterday I was driving from work, I was so pressed and decided to pull in at the Engen filling station cnr proes and schubart In Pretoria central so that I can ask for bathroom and fill my tank at the same time, I was assisted by guy called Kwena, while he was filling my tank I asked if I could use the bathroom, he said there is bathroom for clients, he said clients are not allowed to use bathroom, I just wanted to know if this one of the ethics of this company, you cant cater for nature relief to your customers? One thing I know is that I will never set my foot in that garage
