no staff on the forecourt

On Saturday 16 January we were driving back from Cape Town to Pretoria, when I stopped at the Engen 1-stop Kroonvaal for refueling. There were many vehicles but few petrol pump attendants. We had to wait quite a long time to be assisted and even then the attendant had to help two vehicles at the same time. Even inside the shop area, the manager/supervisor (Philip) was manning the tills all by himself.... not a good experience
