No service

We stoped at youre engen jet park service station today the 8th Jan'18 with a flat tyre..we proceeded to ask the attendant to pump up the tyre but because there is a hole it won't pump.....fine.....we took the spare which also has a small hole to make a plan but as soon as the attendant pumps that one up he just sais "it's also got a hole it won't wok" and just walks away without another word...my mother then goes to ask the manager on duty for a tyre repair kit his rude response that they don't do tyre repairs as it is a tricky procedure and they don't keep the kits......we had to actually sit and wait for somone to go to another engen branch by the way to buy a kit and come and help....in this time not one of +- 8 to 10 attendants couldn't come to ask if we are managing and actually helped....... they all just sat against the wall off the shop lookong and comenting for just under an hour till somone we knew could come to assist us.......i would actually appreciate a call from somone other than just a manager to explain this utter breach of the great service standards that all engen ads and sayings are advertising....
