no response

in feburary i had an inncident where the petrol attendent put R300 instead of R50 which i clearly stated, i refused to pay and was told by the forecourt manager that it was fine and i can go and he will sort it out with the attendent in the wrong.. about two weeks later(i still went there everyday) i got confronted by the very arrogant owner of the big northgate garage, i had our baby with me while he shouted at me, wouldnt let me go, i couldnt phone/call for help either police or security, he told all the staff to ignore me when i asked them to help, he wanted to take my drivers lisence, spare wheel and cell phone from me... he forced me to pay...this all happened on the 24th of febuary, im still waiting for a response from there, this is utterly rediculous, i phoned capetown head office last week just to be told someone will phone me... well someone did phone but just to tell me that someone else will call me which no one has done. this case has now been at the lawyers and seems to have gotten lost or what ever happens to these types of things that people want to make "dissapear". i didnt want to bring it to this level but you guys have now left me no choice, maybe now i will get the answers i am looking for... or not..
