No prizes and all clueless

On the 8th of May i entered a competition at Broadway Engen Quickshop in Witbank. I got the notification on whatsapp. I submitted all my details to the whatsapp number and two months later i still have not received my prize. O have tried to phone their head office who say they are not aware of the competition. I went to the actual Quickshop and no one there knows what happened to my prize and they said they will try to find out and are waiting for feedback from tje area manager....STILL NOTHING. This is pathetic that i have to beg people and phone around and never get the prize i won!!!!
