No Notice on the fuel pumps

I went to the Engen garage on 31 Cr CR Swart Drive Roodepoort Wilropark at 18:30 14/9/2015. First of all how can you have a garage with no petrol? I asked the attendant to put 95 into the car, none of the attendants there was even aware that the pumps are dry. I asked the man to rather just leave it but he insisted that no it will be fine. After 5 minutes of nothing happening and three attendants standing by my car laughing at the fact that there is no fuel I was forced to pay R60.58 for nothing. Really R60.58 does nothing at all to the tank but is affects your pocket a lot. It would have been fine if they could just put a notice there to say there is no petrol, oh wait none of them even knew what was going on.
