No Mask No Entry For Who?

At an engen filling station at Inanda, a worker refused to wear a mask and his excuse was that he was still eating, yet we were told we could not enter without a mask.

So my complaint and question is, are they allowed to be eating on the floor while serving customers and also do they not have to follow the rules that are set out for the rest of us and lastly what right do they have to expose us and our children to such negligence?

This happened on Friday the19th of March 2021.
